Appointments update

For appointments from 4th April onwards, we will be trialling a new system for GP appointments, where you will be offered the choice of a timed telephone or face to face consultation.  These appointments will be time limited, and we hope that patients will make suitable choices based on their clinical needs.

The Reception team will advise you of the best method of appointment if you are unsure which option to choose.  We hope that you bear with us during this change as we come out of the pandemic restrictions.

28th March 2022 - Notice for all patients and visitors.
Resurfacing work has restarted today in the car park.  Unfortunately this leaves us with reduced parking spaces for the next few weeks.
If you are attending the building please look for alternative parking if possible, use public transport or arrange for someone to drop you off and collect you.
Thank you

Our phone lines are overwhelmed at the moment, we can only hold a certain number of people in the queue, after that you should get a message stating no call handlers are available.  Our provider has advised that the sheer volume of calls means that this doesn't always happen. We would suggest calling after Tuesday when the phone lines are typically quieter. You could also complete an econsult form or email us at NGCCG.A85016@NHS.NET.
