You can also nominate a pharmacy to have your prescription sent to directly.

Our 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year prescription voicemail service by ringing 091 8143869 and leave your name, date of birth with the items you require.
Alternatively you can request a prescription by calling 0191 487 6129, then press option 2 between 13:00 and 16:00. Please be aware that our phone lines may be busy.
In-Person
Visit us at Wrekenton Health Centre and speak to the Reception Team. Please bring the repeat prescription form part of our last prescription.
