Introduction
As part of the main reception team, I have many duties and responsibilities from answering the phone and booking appointments to processing prescriptions and scanning documents. I also process the medical record requests for the practice from patients and solicitors. I have a qualification in LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the workplace. For me, the patient always comes first; I’d like to think patients and my colleagues would describe me as helpful, kind and easy to talk to. I have worked on and off for Wrekenton Medical Group for many years, returning and staying in 2018. Additionally, as a qualified counsellor, I have worked for several external organisations.
