Introduction
I interact with patients both face-to-face and over the phone, I book appointments, request prescriptions, and deal with questions and queries. I also do general admin work, deal with emails and relay information from clinicians to patients. I did an apprenticeship at Thomas Cook from 2000 to 2002, then I worked for Virgin Media from 2002 until joining the practice in 2019.
