I am the Deputy Practice Manager and I joined the practice on 1st September 2025.  I have been in management for  9 years which included supporting the PCN as Operations Manager.  I will support the Practice Business Manager when he is absent and the day to day running of the practice including staff line management, customer liaison, complaints and much more.
