Introduction I work as a coder/summariser. I do all hospital letters and I code illnesses and operations and medical conditions to patients’ records so everyone involved in a patient’s care has all the correct and up-to-date information.

Introduction I look after the set up of online patient access, safeguarding, appliance prescriptions and general prescriptions, maintaining patient records including scanning documents to records, telephone queries and appointment booking and many other admin office duties
