Introduction I have been in this practice since Oct 1990. My main interests are asthma, COPD and children’s health. Before starting in Wrekenton, I worked at local hospitals in the Tyneside area mainly.
The other doctors and I are responsible for all aspects of the practice – patient care, staff recruitment and training, business development and delivering services in line with the NHS GP contract.
Introduction My role at the practice is as a salaried GP doing clinics on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I also do home visits, review test results, sign repeat prescriptions, complete medical reports, refer to specialists and am involved in medical education with students, f2 doctors and GP registrars.
