Introduction I work as a coder/summariser. I do all hospital letters and I code illnesses and operations and medical conditions to patients’ records so everyone involved in a patient’s care has all the correct and up-to-date information.

Helen Sutherland

Introduction I look after the set up of online patient access, safeguarding, appliance prescriptions and general prescriptions, maintaining patient records including scanning documents to records, telephone queries and appointment booking and many other admin office duties

Introduction I joined the practice as a Reception apprentice in September 2023. My role is welcoming patients, dealing with queries and making patients feel cared for when they enter the building.  I am now the Primary Care Co-ordinator so supporting recalls for your chronic diseases.  I can help direct you to available services
